Old Town Bay, located in Sicamous, B.C, is one of Western Canada’s most exciting new waterfront recreational and residential communities. It is the largest privately held waterfront property in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
Working with his network of high net worth individuals, Gerry successfully arranged the financing for the purchase and development of this incredible project.
When complete, the community will span over 220 acres and boast a marina, a village centre and 1100 residential units, including town homes, cottages, single and multi family residential lots.

This very successful project was completed after Gerry arranged Mezzanine financing to allow the developer to purchase and hold the property until senior debt and construction financing could be obtained.

This $6 million residential estate development in Grande Prairie, Alberta was completed in September 2006.
A Limited Partnership agreement was negotiated by Gerry on behalf of the developer. Gerry then made the necessary arrangements for senior bank financing to allow the developer to complete the construction of the project. |

In addition, Gerry also successfully arranged a preferred mortgage package to assist the purchasers in the marketing plan. |

Located in beautiful Whistler B.C., Nita Lake Lodge will be part of a larger development project which will be completed just in time for the Whistler Olympic games.
Gerry assisted the developer of Nita Lake Lodge during the approval process and negotiated $2 million in bridge financing through Gerry’s private investor group and arranged the subsequent financing through a senior lender. |
